Skill Set Required:

8+ years of strong experience as a Business Analyst & Business Architect
Experience working with large corporate clients
Should have experience on creating web strategies, web application design

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead large-scale web application efforts
Interact with clients having diverse internal and external stakeholders
Assist the Project Manager in establishing project goals, objectives, and budget
Provide support to the sales team on new business development pursuits
Provide technology consulting services both to our existing clients and new clients
Defining best practices & quality processes for project support and documentation
Training and counseling of team members, and implement key performance measures, assess and deliver high quality standards, manage corporate operational objectives, and evaluate progress and overall productivity levels

Position - Interactive Creative Director
Job Location – New York and Toronto.

Skill Set Required:

6+ years of experience
Advanced understanding of Design Principles such as color, typography, layout and information design.
Strong understanding of online branding and ability to generate effective design concepts based on brand standards and business strategies
Solid understanding of web production processes, key roles and human computer interaction principles
Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Dreamweaver, Macromedia Flash
Working knowledge of HTML, DHTML, Java Script, graphic formats, CSS, popular plug-ins and their authoring tools.

Requirement:
